Retro Houston is a website and a facebook page that tries to unite all people Houston (and all of the areas around it) who are into Rockabilly/Pinup/Vintage/Hot Rod/Retro Community!
It's a lot of work on my part, and there are simple guidelines in place to make it work.
This list will probably morph and grow over time, and so I just wanted to make sure the basics are clear.

Being in the directory-- Pin-Up or Ride-- is free! So is the posting of your link, the publicity, being in the loop and getting all of the information we give out here!
Now, some added things are not free. Certain aspects of the site-- like putting up an advertisement-- may cost a tiny bit-- prices start at $5. All costs go towards covering the costs associated with maintaining the website and banner ad production.
The Pin-Up Directory is free, and is set up for every girl who does pin-up to establish themselves in "Houston's Portfolio". It can create traffic to fan sites, allow you to be contacted by others, and so on. Please read the rules on the page for submitting!
The Ride Directory is free, and does the same for men and their cars. Rules are on the page for submitting.

The "Advertisement" page is a place where promotions, events, specials, sales and parties can be announced. This can get the word out to a whole new pool of people who may love what you love, but not personally know you or your sites. All ads will have their running dates at the bottom of the description.
"Events" will work like the "Ad" section. It will promote local, statewide and national things going on. Of course... you can talk about the event on the facebook wall for free.
A "Business Directory" is going to be created-- And it will highlight several categories. Being in the directory is free, but promotions and advertisements will have a small fee. I should have categories for everyone, like "Photographers", "Make Up/Hair Artists", "Local Artists", "Bands", "Car Shops", "Magazines", "Accessories", Etc. As groups are needed... categories will be made.
Anything that costs on Retro Houston can be paid via paypal. I will collect email addresses if you want something that costs, and then send payment requests.
On Facebook, the wall is wide open... and discussions are wide open. Conversate, people!
This page and the facebook page will shift and change as we grow... so share this site and facebook page with family and friends! This can only grow into something amazing!
